This is probably the question I am asked most often. I understand that remote work can seem unusual at first. The honest answer is: the best way to find out is through your own experience. Remote sessions are not a magic wand, and every person and every animal responds differently. However, over the years, I have worked with people and animals all over the world and have witnessed profound shifts occur without physical presence. You don't have to believe in it. I simply invite you to stay curious, remain open, and decide based on your own experience
No. Openness and curiosity are helpful, but belief is not required. Many of my clients were sceptical before their first session. What matters most is your willingness to observe what unfolds and to experience the process for yourself.
Sometimes one session is enough to create a significant shift or bring a system back into balance. In other cases, especially when patterns, symptoms or challenges have been present for a long time, deeper layers may need to be addressed over time. Every situation is unique.
No.You do not need a diagnosis or a clear explanation of what is causing the issue. In fact, many people contact me precisely because they have tried many things already and still don't have clear answers. My work focuses less on labels and diagnoses and more on identifying where the system has lost balance and what it needs in order to restore regulation and natural flow.
Yes. In fact, many people and animals come to me after medical care, therapy, physiotherapy, osteopathy, chiropractic work, coaching or other approaches have already been explored. My work does not replace these methods. Instead, it looks at the deeper patterns, stressors and imbalances that may still be influencing the situation. Sometimes the symptom is not the whole story.
Absolutely. My work is designed to complement, not replace, veterinary care, medical treatment, therapy, physiotherapy, osteopathy or other supportive approaches. Many clients choose to combine different modalities to support healing and wellbeing from multiple perspectives.
Some people notice immediate shifts, while others observe subtle changes over the following days or weeks. Every person, every animal and every situation is unique. Not all changes are dramatic or immediately obvious. Sometimes the first signs are subtle: a calmer mind, improved sleep, a different reaction to a familiar situation, or a gradual change in physical or emotional wellbeing. Animals often respond differently. They usually do not analyse the process or question whether it is working. Their system simply receives the information and responds to it. As a result, changes can sometimes be easier to observe in animals than in people. The absence of a strong sensation does not necessarily mean that nothing is happening. Often, the deeper shifts unfold quietly and gradually over time.

Once your booking and payment have been received, I will personally get in touch with you by email. At that point, I will ask you for a few details about yourself or your animal, such as photos and a short description of the situation you would like support with. I will then review the information, prepare the session and let you know the next steps. You don't need to do anything complicated. Simply share what feels relevant, and we will take it from there together.
