Refund Policy
The purchase of a Remote Flow Session reserves professional time, attention, and energetic work that is prepared specifically for the individual person or animal.
Clients may request a cancellation and full refund before submitting their information, photographs, or session details.
Once session information has been received and preparation has begun, refunds are generally not available.
After a Remote Flow Session has been completed and feedback has been provided, no refunds can be issued.
Flow Bundles
Flow Bundles are designed as a continuous process, with each session building upon the previous one. For this reason, clients are encouraged to complete all sessions within three months of purchase.
To receive follow-up sessions, clients are responsible for responding to communication requests and providing any information needed for the next session.
If a client does not respond after reasonable follow-up contact has been made, any unused sessions remain available for a period of six months from the original purchase date.
Unused sessions are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person or animal.
After six months, any remaining unused sessions will expire.
If a purchase was made in error or exceptional circumstances arise, refund requests may be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Bettina Stahl.
If Bettina Stahl is unable to provide the purchased service, a full refund will be issued.
